1. “The Heartbeat of the Land”

Awakening Among Olive Trees
A morning walk through the plantation, feeling the breeze from the Temisas Ravine, listening to the partridges, and learning about the traditional cultivation of olives in the Canary Islands.
Natural Symphony
Let the call of partridges at dawn or the distant echo of grazing livestock on the neighboring hillsides become your alarm clock. These are the sounds of a landscape that remains alive and true to its roots.
From the Orchard to Your Table
Harvest seasonal vegetables and fruits directly from the garden. There is no greater luxury than tasting produce picked by your own hands just moments before. (Seasonal activity only.)
Sunset Beneath the Roque
We have created carefully chosen corners across the estate where you can enjoy absolute silence while the light fades behind Roque Aguayro, with views stretching out to the sea.
A Sky Full of Stars
Thanks to the very low light pollution in our area, the estate transforms into a private natural observatory every night. It is no coincidence that one of the Canary Islands’ main observatories is located just a few kilometers away.
Local Flavours
We believe in community. That is why we invite you to discover the products of our neighboring farmers and shepherds — cheeses and gastronomic treasures born from traditional grazing in the mountains that surround us.

Temisas, a Picturesque Village
Visit the charming hamlet of Temisas, discover its traditional architecture, and explore its renowned astronomical observatory.
A Sensory Journey Through Guayadeque
Explore one of the island’s most spectacular ravines, Barranco de Guayadeque, famous for its cave houses and local gastronomy served in restaurants carved into the rock, just a few minutes from the estate.
Footprints of the Past
Hike from the estate towards places such as the Cuevas de la Audiencia, Barranco de las Vacas, Cuevas del Gigante, La Fortaleza de Santa Lucía, or Roque Aguayro — natural monuments that preserve the history of our ancestors.
Villages with History
Wander through the historic centers of Agüimes, Santa Lucía de Tirajana, and Ingenio, where local crafts and authentic island life will make you feel like a true Canarian.
